Our 3rd Annual Highland’s Giving Garden Fundraiser is just around the corner!

📍 Highland Congregational Church, Highland, CA

This is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year to help keep your local Community Garden growing strong through 2026. Funds raised will go toward upgrading the garden with new Vego Garden beds to replace our aging wooden beds that are starting to fall apart.

We’ll be doing most of our fundraising before the big day—so here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming up:

🦃 Nov 27 (Thursday) – Thanksgiving Day
💵 Nov 28 (Friday) – $5 Friday Fundraiser
🌱 Nov 29 (Saturday) – Small Business Saturday (Support your Local Community Garden)
💻 Dec 1 (Monday) – Cyber Monday
💚 Dec 2 (Tuesday) – Giving Tuesday
🌻 Dec 3 (Wednesday) – Wish List Wednesday
🎉 Dec 6 (Saturday) – 3rd Annual Holiday Fundraiser Event

🌟 From handmade items to fun donation drives, there will be something for everyone to join in and support.

🌱🌞 Join Us for a Garden Tour & Community Volunteer Work Day! 🌞🌱

📅 Date: Saturday, December 14th, 2025
⏰ Time:

Tour: 8:00 - 9:00 am
Garden Work: 9:00 - 11:00 am

Come out to Highland's Giving Garden and enjoy a morning in nature while helping us keep our community garden beautiful and thriving! 🌻 From a guided tour to hands-on garden work, there’s something for everyone!

What to Bring:
✔️ Gloves and sunscreen
✔️ Close-toed shoes (it’s gonna get a little messy!)
✔️ A couple of water bottles to stay hydrated 💦

Why Volunteer?
Every bit of support goes towards maintaining this green space and growing fresh produce for local food banks and soup kitchens. Since 2016, we’ve donated over 7,000 pounds of fruits and vegetables to those in need. Let’s keep it going together! 💚
